Michelle Guiffrida is a proud member of the Fidelity National Title Team in Kalispell, Montana. She currently serves as your Kalispell Office Branch Manager and enjoys being the go to person for all of your escrow needs. Michelle’s career started over 20 years ago in the banking industry as a loan processor. Through this experience her passion for banking, customer service, and real estate grew and she was excited to find a way to focus more on this passion. That is when a very good friend approached her and said, “I have to job for you!” That is when Michelle entered into the Title Industry and she has never looked back!
Her personal goal has been and will always be to offer the highest level of leadership and customer service all while achieving personal growth in this industry. In her 18+ years of service in the Title Industry Michelle has held many positions. These positions have given her insight into every level of the Title Industry. From 1031 Exchange Coordinator, Long Term Escrow, Sales, Recording Specialist, Title Support Specialist, Software Trainer, Escrow Officer, Escrow Manager, and Branch Manager. Through these career positions she has gained a diverse knowledge of the industry. This allows her to provide the best service possible to customers.
Michelle has become known in the market as a problem solver, taking on the hardest files and seeing them through to completion for the customers. She can solve the most difficult tasks in the industry, such as the process to de-title manufactured homes. She has continued with her personal growth in the industry by becoming licensed in the State of Montana for Title Insurance. Michelle continues to live and learn every day so that she can provide customers the best service possible. Her skills, combined with the resources and team at Fidelity National Title, will provide the superior service that her clients enjoy and have come to expect. Michelle is delighted to be part of such a great team and looks forward to providing her current and future clients the best that the industry has to offer.
On a more personal note, Michelle and her husband stay extremely busy with their two boys. They LOVE the great outdoors and consider themselves blessed to live in Northwest Montana.
